Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and genetic background.
Crowding Out
Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why counting calories and restricting foods doesn't work. My approach is different – by eating healthy and delicious foods, you will naturally have less room and desire for the unhealthy ones. Simply put, you “crowd out” the unhealthy food in your diet while "crowding in" healing nutrients. This takes a little practice, however I will support you along the way.
