Self-Love and Breast Health

Given February is the month of love, I would love to emphasize the importance of self-love when it comes to being on a healing journey and creating optimal health. For example, the nice house, a fabulous relationship, travel opportunities, and delicious food. Those are all wonderful things. However, I am speaking of going outside the box, and forming a different type of relationship with gratitude during this season of Covid-19. Cultivating the art of being grateful towards those areas in our lives that have caused the greatest challenge, and cracked us open during times of hardship. Through learning to shift our perspective on how we relate to these hardships is what holds the key for a deeper feeling of gratitude to spring forth, and transform our lives into joyful living.
